Shipping Policy

We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within Pakistan as well as overseas.

All over Pakistan we offer delivery in 10-15 days

For international orders it may take between 4 or 6 weeks depending on your location.

*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

  • We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above PKR 20,000.
  • The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
  • All orders are processed from our warehouse in Sialkot, Pakistan.

DUTIES ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

On certain occasions, some countries may charge duties and taxes upon receipt of an order. Please note that Isikeli does not cover any duties or taxes on international orders. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customers who fail to pay the required duties will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Furthermore, if a customer chooses to return or exchange an item after paying duties, those duties will not be refunded. The customer will receive a partial refund, with shipping costs for the ordered items being non-refundable.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY:

  • Post shipping, the details of tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email.
  • Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.
  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before its returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, no refunds will be entertained.
  • Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle free delivery.
  • In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details, no refunds will be entertained.
  • In case of any defaults in your order, the refunding time is 12 days after delivery. Please make sure it reaches us on time. After that, it won’t be possible.

Shipping Fee:

Our shipping fees are meant to compensate ISIKELI for the expense of handling and packing the things you purchase, processing your transaction, and delivering them to you.
