How can I place an order?

You may place your order by adding your chosen item to the shopping cart and proceeding to checkout, enter all the required information, and click place order.

We request you see our ‘Policies’ and ‘Shipping and Delivery’ before confirming your order.

How will I know you have received my order?

An email & text message will be sent to you confirming that we have received your order.

How can I cancel my order?

Processed orders can not be canceled. You may email us on customercare@isikeli.com immediately with your order ID to request a cancellation.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You can shop without creating an account.  However, register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

  • Track your order and review past purchases.
  • Exclusive access to private sales.
  • Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time

How long does delivery take?

All over Pakistan we offer delivery in 10-15 days. For international orders it may take between 4 or 6 weeks depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer shipping worldwide. However the shipping charges may vary depending on your international location?

How do I know if payment online is secure?

To help determine if your connection is secure, look  at the status bar of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock then your payment gateway is secure.

What are your exchange and return policies?

Apparel : All Sales are final and non-refundable, please make sure to read the product description and details carefully before placing an order. We do offer store credit in unique situations which can be availed upto 1 year of the item being returned.

However, if there is a defect, mistake, or quality issue in the product purchased, we will ensure fixing this as a matter of urgency. Please see the Policies for further information.

How do I register a complaint?

Please send us an email to customercare@isikeli.com with the following details:

  • Name & Order ID
  • Subject field of email to contain the word complaint so that we can prioritise & solve the problem you may be facing

What payment options do I have?

You may pay through your Credit or Debit card online through our website. Online bank transfers are also accepted.
